The Michigan Chapter of the National MS Society is coordinating this raffle, therefore terms and conditions fall under Michigan state raffle laws.

Raffle participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase. Raffle administrator will attempt to notify winner within 7 days after drawing date. Payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, title and licensing fees, any and all other fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a document stating the declared value of the prize, for the purpose of Internal Revenue Service tax reporting.
Raffle drawing is scheduled to take place on August 16, 2014 at or about 5:30 p.m., at the site of the Woodward Dream Cruise, Ferndale, MI. No cash alternatives will be awarded. No refunds. Prize is nontransferable. Winner has 30 days after the notification date to claim prize. If not claimed within said 30 days, a second drawing will take place and the first winning ticket will become void. Winner will be notified of vehicle pick-up date and location. Winner is responsible for transportation of vehicle at time of pick-up.
Raffle ticket sales are prohibited in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Utah.
Raffle ticket sales are also prohibited in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
MS Raffle not associated with Mustang Alley team or Ford Motor Company. Ford Motor Company employees and Mustang Alley team are eligible to purchase tickets. National MS Society employees are ineligible to purchase tickets.
Law prohibits the mailing of raffle tickets. For ticket(s) requested and purchased via telephone or website request, confirmations of request and ticket numbers will be sent via email upon receipt of request and secured payment.
The amount of the raffle ticket is not tax deductible. Void where prohibited by law.
